Sustainability
In May 2020 we received the distinction of Barcelona Biosphere Commitment to Sustainable Tourism., which recognises our responsible management seeking sociocultural and environmental balance in the city of Barcelona.
Adherence to the Commitment is based on standards based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, integrated into the 2030 Agenda and promoted by the World Tourism Organisation (WTO). It is promoted by the Barcelona City Council with the collaboration of Barcelona Tourism and the Cambra de Comerç, under the umbrella of the Biosphere label of the Responsible Tourism Institute (ITR).

La Font de Prades is the restaurant with the longest history in the Poble Espanyol, and probably of the mountain of Montjuïc. With more than 50 years of experience behind them, still today it is managed by the very family that founded it.
