At La Font de Prades, our first priority are seasonal, local products,because we want to offer the best of the best in every one of our dishes.
Our specialty is traditional Catalan cuisine, but we also integrate the culinary innovations brought in by our expert chefs.
At La Font de Prades you will be able to taste the most characteristic recipes Catalan cuisine has to offer, such as cannelloni au gratin, sausage with white beans, different styles of cod, rice dishes, holm oak charcoal grilled meats and slow-cooked simmers, among many others.
And of course, you cannot forget our delicious toasted traditional peasant's bread with tomato, garlic and olive oil. A classic that must be present at every table, an indispensable side to a good meal!
Any good meal must be accompanied with good wine, and that is why our wine list has a special selection of proximity wine from the main Catalan Designations of Origin. You can choose from a range of Montsant, Priorat, Costers de Segre, Terra Alta or Penedès.
At La Font de Prades we want every guest to enjoy a good time and quality food. With that in mind, most of our menu is gluten-free adapted, and we also serve vegetarian and halal dishes, as well as other special diets.

La Font de Prades is the restaurant with the longest history in the Poble Espanyol, and probably of the mountain of Montjuïc. With more than 50 years of experience behind them, still today it is managed by the very family that founded it.
